Payment terms

By submitting the signed registration form, the undersigned undertakes to definitely participate in his diving course. He thereby declares his agreement to the course conditions and the payment conditions listed below.

1. Course Conditions
a) The course leader determines the start and end times of the course based on logistical considerations.
b) All parts of the course are carried out according to SUB, ISE, or ProTec standards.
c) The course instructor has the right to exclude people from the course who disrupt the course or hinder other course participants, or people who do not meet the course requirements.
d) Additional services during the course such as travel, accommodation fees, rental equipment and expenses for technical courses (see point 3) or similar are not part of the course price.
e) The participant is responsible for arriving on time during the course. Additional lessons resulting from omissions by the course participant are subject to a separate fee.
f) Students are required to handle diving equipment with care and to return it in an inactive state. Damage to or loss of diving equipment will be charged to the student diver.
g) Seat and place of jurisdiction of TrimixExplorer is Constance.

2. Terms of Payment
a) With the registration of the participant, a deposit of 50% of the respective course or event is due. The participant will be sent an invoice / request for payment.
b) The final payment must be made before the start of the course/event, in cash on the first day of the course at the latest.
c) Cancellations are only possible for health, professional and compelling private reasons. Cancellations must always be made in writing. The student must fully bear and settle any cancellation fees incurred.
d) The cancellation fees are staggered as follows: up to 6 weeks before the start of the course 10% of the course price, up to 4 weeks before the start of the course the cancellation fee is 25% and up to 2 weeks before the start of the course the cancellation fee is 50% of the course price. Accrued accommodation costs are to be paid separately.

3. Additional services for advanced and technical diving courses
a) For advanced and technical diving courses, the expenses of the diving instructor are included in the course price.
b) If rental equipment is required to take a diving course in the advanced or technical area, the student diver will be charged for the use of the equipment.
c) Diving gases, which the diving student obtains from the diving school, are not part of the course price. Gas is billed separately.
d) The course price is based on the minimum number of dives for the respective course level. If further training units are required, these will be invoiced separately. The prices for this are 150€/day.
e) After completing the course, the course participant will receive a list of the additional costs (expenses, equipment,...) of the diving course. These are to be paid prior to certification; the student diver will be billed separately for this. The list is only made if these costs have arisen and are not covered by the flat rates.
